1. The service

AIA is a multi-tenant platform that centralises messages from connected communication channels and uses AI to help classify and respond to them. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account and workspace.
• You must be authorised to bind the business on whose behalf you register, and you are responsible for the users you invite to your workspace.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including sending spam or unsolicited messages.
• Do not attempt to breach security, disrupt the service, or access data that is not yours.
• Comply with the terms of any third-party platform you connect (for example Google, Microsoft, Meta, or Slack).

4. Your data and connected accounts

You retain ownership of the content and messages you connect to the platform. You grant us the rights necessary to process that content to provide the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to allow us to process the communications and personal data of the people you correspond with.

Where we process personal data on your behalf as a processor, the Data Processing Agreement published at /dpa forms part of these Terms and governs that processing.

5. AI-generated content

AI-generated classifications and suggested responses are provided to assist you and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or sending it. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

6. Subscriptions and fees

AIA may be offered free of charge and/or on one or more paid subscription plans. Where a paid plan applies, the price, billing cycle, renewal terms, and accepted payment methods will be shown and agreed at the point of purchase before any charge is made. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes (including VAT), which will be added where required. We may change our prices or introduce new charges in future; where you hold an active paid subscription, we will give reasonable advance notice of changes that affect you, and changes will not apply retroactively to the current billing period.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and we do not offer a specific uptime service-level agreement (SLA) unless one is separately agreed with you in writing. We may carry out maintenance, and we may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the security, integrity, or proper operation of the service; where practical, we will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance likely to cause significant disruption.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as set out in any applicable written agreement.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version and date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, ask you to accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. The courts of the Republic of Kosovo have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
